1.What about the watts and color?

   Normally we make the watts of the lights according to the market requirement.But if you need the lights with more watts,you can tell us by email.And if it is allowed that the heat of leds can go out easily,our engineers will design the lights according to your requirement.And the color of the lights can be: warm white,natural white,cool white,red,blue,green,yellow and so on.If you need special color temperature for white color,you can tell us freely.And we can make the led lights according to your color temperature.

2.What material?

We choose the led chip: Epistar or Bridgelux to make the leds.For the 1W leds,we choose the size of the chip as: 45x45mil or 35x35mil.We choose the high quality drivers for the lights.And the PFC of most drivers which are used for our lights can reach more than 0.9.We choose the aluminium material to make the outside shell of our lights.

3.Can you print my picture or logo on the products?

  Yes, we can print your picture or logo on box of the led lights products,and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw.

4.Can you sell other led lights or electronic components which are not displayed on your website?

   Yes, of course.As you know,there are many factories of led lights in shenzhen city.We also cooperate with several big factories which are proffesional on the led lights field.So i think we can supply you any led lights with good price and good quality.Because we are very proffesional.

5.What kind of guarantee you give?

   Our led lights can be used more than 50,000 hours. If it is damaged,you can taken the pictures to show us.And then we can tell you how to repair them if it does not take too much touble.If you can not repair them,we will send the new ones to you directly.Because the distance is too long to ship goods back.

7.Your led lights meet CE/RoHS requirements?

   Most or our products have passed the certificate of CE,RoHS.If the products do not pass CE and RoHS certifications,we will let you know before you make the order

9.How do I order?

10.How do I pay?

   Please transfer the payment from your bank to our bank account(T/T) .And you can also pay your money by western union or paypal.

11.How do you start the order?

   We will start your order after receiving the deposit which is 50% of total payment.When we finish making your goods, we will email you the pictures for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance.

12.Producing time?

   Our regular producing time for your order is 6-15 days, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on which item you have orderred and the quantity.

13.Shipping?

   Can be delivery by DHL or UPS or Fedex or China post or HK post or by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-35 days. Air charge is different for different country.
